Wash your face twice a day to cleanse pores and keep oil and bacteria at bay.

Drink plenty of water to keep skin supple. Vegetables and fruits such as lemons, olive oil (oil), aloe vera and cucumber can help keep the skin in good condition.

Keep a moisturizing lotion in your bag for touch-ups. Use a lip balm to condition your lips too.

Cut down on smoking, alcohol and late nights as these activities dehydrate the skin.

Do not pick at pimples - this will further damage the skin and encourage infections. Use a pimple cream and let stains gradually healed.
